From his personal hands-on interactions with Asian leaders, managers and workers, he has gained leading insights into the significant challenges involved in creating strategic innovations, such as the end-state-driven thinking process, inside-out perspectives, dependence on numbers and statistics, and “delegate/outsource” syndrome. The speaker will describe the why these challenges need to be addressed and how.

The next stage of growth typically is to become a "Trader", when stock is bought, held, and sold in much shorter order. Very few of us though venture into the "Futures" markets, as we all fear the risk of the unknown, the fear of what the Future may hold.
Peter Yim started life like many of us: he held down a steady job, and dabbled in Equities. However, there came a point in his life when all that changed, and today, he runs a very sophisticated high-tech business operation focused firmly on the Financial Futures Markets.
