This is part of a Majulah Young Connection (MYC) platform to connect the younger members of the Singapore alumni overseas with Singapore. The objectives are :

• To match members of the MYC community with established individuals and organizations in Singapore (e.g. same school alumni / MC members) for advice and guidance on business, career and personal development, as well as internship and employment opportunities.
• To provide mentors who are interested individuals and organizations / MC members with the opportunities to help develop and cultivate younger Singaporean talents that go overseas and maintain their links to Singapore.
• To contribute to the effective national management of Singapore’s critical talent pool.
