Global Singapore Limited

Global Singapore is a joint venture between Majulah Connection and Global Strategy, set up to provide assistance to Chinese and Singapore enterprises for China related business interest through person to person business connections. Global Singapore is headed by Cai Guoxiong, a member of the National Committee - Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) as well as a Standing Committee Member of the Tianjin CPPCC.

Business consulting and facilitation services provided by Global Singapore includes:

• Assistance to Chinese companies with the necessary connections and business services required to set up and expand overseas, including setting up operations and application for permanent residency in Singapore.
• Assistance to Chinese companies in their fund raising or listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange or other overseas exchanges.

Majulah Incubator Pte Ltd

Majulah Incubator is a wholly owned subsidiary of Majulah Connection. It is the vehicle used by Majulah Connection for the LEAP* partner program with the EDB. LEAP partners promote, develop and accelerate new business growth in Singapore, for local and foreign companies. This is achieved by assisting them in business matching, business development, fund raising and technology acquisition activities.

*LEAP: Locally-based Enterprise Advancement Program. An EDB program set to enlist industry partners to support start-up enterprises.
